I'd like to repeat someone's suggestion, which I think would make the whole system more efficient. When asking for the next message on a thread, the system could send send more than 1 message, with some limitation based on the amount of data. Similar to "view replies to this message". Might cut the accesses in half. And would speed up the reading process by at least two times. I'm not a tech, just makes sense to me. peter
