Rich, Riley, Remember, Tonto knows alot about scams <LOL> !!! He's quite a guy, runs his Wisc. Concrete Co., states he has a cheese company, yet, he can slam BB stocks all day, now thats quite a fella, isn't it? Now he wants investors to believe TVSI is a scam, why?...he won't say....notice the current spread as the price moves north and buying is picking up as the merger nears....Tonto's picking up some O.T., I guess the cheese and concrete stuff can wait til later.....but tell me what you think of this;
In my DD I asked s martin & Tonto a very important question, they both evaded it, so here goes, you'll see why this is important to RMIL ... * Tonto posts he bought a 70K long position on GIFS. * Kugler suggests a short squeeze. * GIFS announces that Suisse Private Banking Group, Ltd. will purchase their CRIC unit. * BDO bows out saying they can't verify CRIC's assetts and the deal appears dead. * meanwhile, GIFS's TA resigns, there is a problem with the shares in the float, whether they all are authentic or not, and GIFS announces they will be their own TA. * Suisse Private Banking Group says they can verify the assets and the deal is on, Suisse will purchase CRIC for "securities" * Tonto 'now' discovers that Zayed & co. are criminals, and Kugler suggests shareholders consider selling, remember, when Tonto said he was 70K long, he went to Gayle Essary to inform him about his suspicions about GIFS. Essary writes an article proclaiming Tonto as a "shorty" * Suisse Private Banking group. Ltd, who purchased the CRIC for securities, is a possible translation for 'Societe' Fianciere Privee'', a DVBC/Mork co. ! No one will acknowledge if they can verify that for me, I can't seem to do so. *"IF" they are one and the same, that means, that Suisse blew-off BDO's assertions and did the deal for securities.....
Tonto wants us to believe the buyers are soley Interfinance, for some reason, he wants the focus off of Suisse; >>>>> 5 and Under: GIFS

Notice how cleverly Tonto words this, it was the post that was responded to in the above post;

Mike Kugler has brought up in conversation and on this board many interesting and important points about improvements that must be made to protect the investors. Mike has much to offer and has a great backround.
One of my goals as this scam unravels is to hopefully protect future investors. We can help others by informing them of our loss and how the deal was perpetrated. I depended on the audited statements, company statements and pr releases, and lastly Waaco and their hype, in that order. In the world of clean business, I have always relied upon audited statements. Not anymore, unless they are done by one of the big ethical accounting firms, with big dollars behind them which can be accessible in the courtroom.
The case I referred to regarding the indictment in Tennessee is listed as pending. The important point which goes beyond disclosing this to the investor and shareholders, is the year 1995. The state has spent considerable time investigating Mr. Zayed prior to their action. This was not a hasty decision as Waaco would like you to believe, nor is Waaco's support of Mr. Zayed done out of ignorance.
The CRIC deal has not been fully disclosed regarding who is behind the purchasing parties. Interfinance.<<<<<<
What kind of sentence is this? "The CRIC deal has not been fully disclosed regarding who is behind the purchasing parties. Interfinance.", No...Tonto appears to want the focus OFF of Suisse, why? The release states them FIRST, and Interfinance second....
