Yep. It looks to me like the deal has changed a bit. No mention of
an exchange ratio this time, which makes me think better than 4 to 1,
but it looks like some of the Atrix guys may actually get to keep
their jobs... I suspect that is the big concession in this new slant
on the deal and in return we get a better financial deal.

I hope nobody went home for the day thinking this was over! ;-)
