Matty I get the feeling that you are making some very big assumptions about their ability to find funding, or management's ability to manage. As for management, you should be able to trust that Steve Lair very visible past as a seasoned executive should be at the very least a positive point for this company.

My point was not to question *if* they can get funding. My question was to point out *where* they got it. OK, fine... the 50 million dollar private placement funding will give them what they need. But does Hayton sign the checks for NETZ? Because if NETZ gets the 50 million dollars in private placement, who's to say that Hayton couldn't just sign a check out to himself from NETZ for 50 mil and move to Australia? I'm not saying he will. I'm not inferring he will. My point that I'm trying to make is does he sign the checks? Somehow there has been a complete executive dump in the past couple months from both companies and replacement. From that basis, I can make an educated guess as to who's in charge. I'm not assuming anything. If you were to make an educated guess as to who is in charge, what would it be, just by looking at the facts and not listening to what you hear(and, by coincidence, what you can't confirm with proof)?

You're making the assumption Lair is in charge. I'm making an educated guess as to who is really in charge based on the facts.

I trust that the experiences of your family business might parallel some of what us NETZ investors are going through. I imagine that like NETZ and your family's business, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Yeah, but unlike the investors of NETZ, nh.com investors knew exactly who was in charge at all times. There was no question, because there was no management change.
