Forest,

I believe that all shares of FAMH and ATXI will be called in and new shares issued. This may mean we can get ANY amount of shares back in the exchange deal (not necessarily 4:1) and the market will price them accordingly.

Forest..oh they liked the news. "They" have been liking the news for a week now. And yet we stay flat. Are people still unsure of where FAMH is headed? I hope so. Still waiting on the call back on the debenture/bond question from Ms. Love & Company...tic tic tic boom?
