Hey White Shoes, On DVNTF/DVNT Before you go out and short this stock, the shareholders meeting is being held on apr 28/98 in toronto. I'm weary of the past of this company too so I also have my finger on the trigger. I'll be attending the shareholder's meeting so I'll let you know what happens. I'm long 5000@5.00 CDN, small potatoes compared to most. Don't forget to mention to the other shorters who they just hired as the CFO, you have to be objective when discussing things and not leave details out. Jack banks is definitely involved, b/n him and his wife they own greater then 40% of the company. Play it anyway you like. B-man:The rookie----> the other side of short P.S. I suggest you check the recent filings at SEDAR, and take a close r look at who is on the board. Ohhh by the way the street has it that the telecommunication contract they signed was with Motorola, but that is neither here nor there.
