Terrific Do-diligence Report!

Timba,

Very informative post!

Congratulations to Mr. Dutton are in order. His work as the M&A Specialist for TASA must have earned him the Corporate CFO position.

With predictions of additional acquisitions, $0.15 eps estimate in 1999 and Sales of $40 million TASA is a keeper in my book.

Again, great report.

Regards,

Tom

P.S. Ditto the Bob Davis accolades.

Damn...I wanted that job!!! <G>

Actually, I've talked with John several times since he became involved with TASA, and I'm surprised that he would be willing to leave the West Coast. He is from Philadelphia, and went to the same school that my son attends, but I had the impression that he was really crazy about southern California - he's given me flak a couple of times about east coast weather... I have not heard that he has become CFO.

I've also never talked with Ted Allocca, so I can't tell you much about him, although I think that he might be a bit high on his 1999 estimate, based on what I can see from here. I initially project $0.13 for 1999 on $18 million in revenues, but these numbers are really preliminary.

I understand that an 8-K should be filed shortly, but that financials for Drake will not be available until sometime in late June (this may be incorrect as I have spent the last couple of hours on a badly needed cleanup of my office, and I can't lay my hands on my TASA working file which contains some notes on this)
