Well if that isn't bullish, then nothing else is. This recent surge is either related to TD's buying/comments re significant cash flow increase, or in my opinion, it smells more like a takeover is looming. TD publicly stated, ,maybe someone will take us out @ $.50, they're probably shopping it out.
