NT Enterprise Edition does include "Wolfpack", also known as MSCS, or Microsoft Cluster Server. However, MSCS has nothing to do with the number of CPUs supported in a system.

MSCS Phase 1 (what is currently available) provides for two-node clustering. This means that I can tie two servers together, and services (such as SQL or Exchange) can "fail-over" to the other server. Features such as four- and eight-way clustering, as well as the ability to use MSCS for scalability will be offered in a future release.
