Price drop in Components placed DELL on top of every one else, because DELL's low inventory circle. The price drop is in Dell's favor. The more drop for the price, the more profit for DELL; 3). EC is very strong. See big sale jump in Asia as well. Asia's problem helped Dell because the lower price/high quality is more important for troubled Asia companies now. They need to buy DELL PC to save money instead of going to distributions; 4). Excess inventory caused sharp drop on components, DELL is taking advantages on this because of low inventory circle; 5). High-end NT and server grew tripple digits this qt. Server will count for more than 29% of Dell's rev. this qt. Focusing high-end/high margin is working well to improve Dell's profitability; 6). Business PC demand is very strong, Dell is gaining market shares 7). Dell is a great company. Dell will continue to grow at a rate 3 times fast than the industry average. PC industry is expect to grow about 12% this year; 8) Continue gaining market shares in all the areas Dell is involved. 9).
