all - well, not sure how to make of it. The ultimate victim probably is Messr John Lloyd who got quoted. I suppose that BAY was too naive to think friendly competitions are possible, you know, things like "may the best [wo]man win." If indeed there is any strong arming going on, Messr Chambers of CSCO is a step closer to the Billy Camp [or Bully Camp] in my book. It is a shame, since while I don't invest in CSCO, I always thought he was a stand-up guy. If I were BAY, I probably wouldn't want a relationship with a potential partner if the latter could buckle so easily - if our suspicion is true. Actually, it may be a blessing in disguise: it is worse if a potential partner agrees on a partnership with no intention to fulfill the contract with due diligence. So consider BAY lucky to garner a minor embarrassment and not a stab in the back - if our suspicion is true.

Can I interpret this fiasco as House (inadvertently?) kicking Chambers in the butt? <g> wj
