"convertible debentures" and lack of information casts a very dark light on pkgp. If the company is just issuing more shares under Reg S and Diluting everyones equity AND using the proceeds to pay off old debts, then they are in the death spiral. If the Convertible debenture funds are used for new business development/acquisitions then we may see a turn-around. There still is a big risk of the Reg S party shorting the stock and doing a partial dump of the converted shares and making out big regardless of what legislation or agreements they sign.
