Bc, If there is a naked short (not actually owning the shares sold) then stand by to see some real games. The only option the mm's have to cover is to drive the price down so as not to lose money. If and when they do that, the weak kneed will sell into them based on fear. The real trick, which takes guts, is to hold no matter what and force them (mm) to chase the stock up. Believe me they would have no choice. Another effect of this would be a change in the merger ratio since it is apparent that atxi ain't movin. Hope this helps. Steve
