I agree that SGI seems to be in an accumulation phase. It's not at all uncommon to see increased volume followed by an increase in price followed by a major move up. Looks very promising.
PS No, I'm not some young buck with a few k$ trying to play the big shot and move the price of the stock ;-)
PPS Long suffering SGI holders, maybe not much longer.
