The release also contained nothing about Lair's experience with Acer Corp, which he was with prior to his ESVS affinity.

By the way, do you know of Microsoft executives who also sit on the boards of other companies?

it is amazing that folks are still being fooled. The pragmatic thing to do, imo, is sell out and wait for the Financials which are due no later than 4-30-98.

If they do come out, have a good cry, and proceed with your life in the market.
