Thanks!! I talked to him today, I was not sure whether he would put something like this out or not. I still think an official press release is forthcoming tomorrow or Monday, since, Friday the market is closed, Monday might be better for positive news. The part I like the best about Tom's memo, is: "Our merger plans are coming along smoothly, as the financial statements of our merger partner are just about completed. Projections based on closure are sales in the range of $15-$20 million for 1998." From what I heard this merger should be done soon. That must be why Tom is saying lot's of news to come end of April and May. Financials should probably come out around that time too. $15-$20 million dollars coming in with such a small float, should have a major impact, IMHO. Any other opinions? This seems very good to me.
