Re: Lamda Physik -- from Coherent's report, in part, ... we have committed ourselves to a number of longer term development projects that represent significant opportunities for Coherent including the development of DUV lasers at our Lambda Physik subsidiary ... These projects require significant current investment with only a modest corresponding increase in current revenues. Doesn't sound like Coherent is making big $ profits from DUV lasers.
