WELL, WELL, WELL !!!

Good to see familiar names on this thread : Rick, Mr. Glenn

Been watching this one since Monday, finally got in with 5,000 shares at the open on Tuesday at 2 1/4 - WOW !!!! What a pop !!!

Was tempted to sell at the close yesterday, but glad I didn't.

Gapped up at the open, even more promising.

Spoke to Market Maker in Miami, Herzog . They couldn't believe the activity. So I bought 5,000 more shares at 3 11/16 and 3 3/4 (2k & 3k)

Witnessed buys and sells all day (just like our DGIV) and couldn't believe my eyes an incredible 93% buyers to just 7% sellers (unheard of).

Obviously daytraders got a hold of it, because the last 8 trades were all sells. (But the MM were smart, they dropped the price way down before the close)

Tomorrow ? Who knows, but demand seems to be "HUGE" for this IP company. So I am holding for at least one more day.

I TOLD YOU GUYS - IP TELEPHONY IS SO BIG RIGHT NOW THAT THESE COMPANIES WILL GO TO THE MOON IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS (even without any significant earnings prospects) NOT LIKE OUR GEM - DGIV.

See you guys tomorrow

Go ACCR and DGIV

RICO

Read Carefully,

I have the following information to report after a very informative conversation with Access Power's CFO, Mike Pitts. (Sorry I'm so late in posting, I had a long day!).

Please read this carefully as I will pitch it to you as straight as possible. Not all of this is great short-term news, so please consider all of the following information before acting emotionally:

1) ACCR has roughly 13 million outstanding shares (fully diluted basis).
2) The current float is just shy of 3.5 million shares (explains the potential for dramatic price fluctuations).
3) April will be the first month of "significant" revenues for ACCR. (He implied that it is very early in the quarter to know where earnings will come in).
4) These earnings will be announced as part of the quarter ending in June (obviously).
5) The network marketing program is in its very early stages as new people are being signed up as agents. Mike stated that "we are not a network company doing internet telephony, but rather an internet telephony company doing networking." He also stated that he felt this marketing plan could be "huge" in the future.
6) Mike's first-voiced concern to me when he saw the recent price movement was that he didn't want the stock to get "over-cooked". He indicated that, as with other internet-related stocks, prices have been getting driven up very quickly. We then talked a bit about hypothetical price/valuation scenarios considering hypothetical market capitalization values based on hypothetical share prices.
7) For what it is worth, Mike gives the impression of being very intelligent, organized, personable, and savvy.
