Hi Wade, To some it's already obvious the funds can't be spent in time. Panic results from fear which is linked to 'the unknown'. The panic we're discussing involves the public and I doubt they will be sitting down doing thier sums when they feel it. IMHO, if it happens it will be the cumulative effect of media exposure, hype, etc. Perhaps helped along by the specialists/MM's who started dropping prices to make a once-in-a-lifetime killing on their shorts.
