soon means some time this year. But when it comes, much like CLCX, it will drop rapidly and the sensation shall be quite satisfying. there is little juice left to propel the stock up much further. it trades at a high multiple to book for closed end bond fund with warrants. the problem is the carrying value of the portfolio borders on fraud. i.e. convertible loans are carried at par even tho underlying stock crashes. look for redwood like crash.
