The stock headed south even before the announcement - on the mere rumor of a reverse-split. So, if the split is approved, this stock will essentially be worthless. I'm completely puzzled by comments suggesting that a reverse-split will somehow increase chances of funding? Do people actually believe that capital investors who do even the most rudimentary research won't notice such desperate measures? Post-split prices will simply drop to pre-split levels, resulting in no listing and no funding (it happens over, and over, folks). So what then? Another "consolidation"? Then another? And another? Funding and growth in share price will only be possible with SUBSTANCE, not smoke and mirrors.

p.s. Given the performance of Arakis and Odyssey, shouldn't this director's resignation be viewed as good news?
