A--Also figure in the break-down of the tobacco deal. The prez of Phillip Morris is not gonna roll over. It is getting to be gut-check time for the USD. Explains the yen gain, IMO. Next may be AU.

OECD data. WSJ did a story a year or so back on the deficits facing the Japanese National Railway system. The size of the problem apparently rivals that of the banks, maybe worse. Other than that, most of the OECD looks pretty good.
