Online (NASDAQ:CNWK) today announced plans to team up to deliver a complete Internet solution to dial-up modem customers, scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 1998. Software, search tools, brand-name Web content, customizable data, tutorials and a selection of participating Internet service providers will be available in one convenient, easy-to-use package. A free version of 3Com's Snap! Online is now available for all 3Com customers at 3com.snap.com or usr.snap.com. 3Com, whose U.S. Robotics(R) products claim over 52 percent of the retail market for dial-up modems*, will incorporate Snap!
