I have seen the 20 PE also . Think it may have been based on 99 earnings estimate.

Bally employees are allowed to put 10% of their salary (no commission or bonus) in stock purchase plan at 5% discount to lowest price in quarter issued a week into the next quarter with no restrictions on selling. Keeps the float down ? Would BFT actually be buying the stock on a regular basis? Can't figure if this has any significance.
