Executives from other companies sitting on boards of different companies is quite common. Matty, you make the call based on what you'll discover after reading the following business example:


And again, it is impossible to compare Microsoft to Zulu-tek. Microsoft is nowhere near the danger that Zulu is in. The execs at Microsoft have a great deal less to worry about, especially with Bill Gates having the final say anyways.
