Watley learned the hard way that you better have your system in place BEFORE you open your doors. Thing is that they were one of the first to offer remote trading so they have learned alot. Looks like they're getting their act together. One thing about remote Day Traders is that it gets pretty ugly when they are forced to phone in orders(especially the guys who do 20+ round trips per day).

You don't have to worry about the uptick rule on NYSE orders because the specialist takes care of it. So basically you only have to worry about NASDAQ orders.

How do you mean .....does Watley and MB as well as others of this caliber treat the NYSE trade as they do Nasdaq trades?
