Mr. D.

You're not sure of the answer? I wish you were, because there are some of us who give a hoot. You are an attorney. Do some research, please. Some of the rest of us are dummies and we would look to an attorney for advice. How about, to start, would we be in trouble if we went down to Miami and simply beat the crap out of Gary and Roland?

(We'd leave Lori alone. She's taking Joey on a boat trip.)

Regards,

AD

You may be right, I honestly have no idea how the shareholders can ever expect to get accurate information or how the shareholders can facilitate trading without going to the expense of hiring attornies, investigators or CPA's, it is a shame that Riley remains secretive with shareholders instead of supportive.

If I were a shareholder I would not be inclined to put any additional money in the pot unless I had a guarantee that there were shorts. Even at that I don't for one nano-second believe that any short is going to cough up big bucks to cover his position. If there was the remotest chance that they would have to cover at much higher prices, I think the shareholders who are ready to sell just to get out would have been contacted by now.JMHO
