The CREAF shop in Singapore has stock of Voodoo2. But I don't see it in any other shop in Funan Centre (a computer mall where CREAF has its flagship shop). It's quite fun in this shop. You get to hear people gasping at Voodoo2 and then checking to see that the sound really comes from the PCWorks speakers!

"All" the stores are out of DVD and Graphics cards in NYC??!! Come on! New York is gigantic, unlike, say, Houston or Dallas. No one could possibly check all the stores in New York.

Besides, even saying that a single store is out of a product is meaningless unless we know why this is the case.

Does the store have lousy inventory management?

Did the manager decide the product is not worth stocking seriously, because she percieves there is weak demand?

Or worse yet, is there something wrong with the company's distribution or production system? (Boeing stock went down, not up, when the company was unable to meet demand.)

We do not know. And unless we also know what is behind the fact that a store does not have a product, it is meaningless to say that this is the case.

Happy Investing!
