I've been reflecting on the possibility of a 10 to 1 Reverse Stock Split and don't think it's the End of the World...

I don't like Reverse Splits, but taking the shares down from 30 million to 3 million would actually be beneficial if Tracer strikes oil and or adds oil producing property... There will then be fewer shares being chased by more dollars... A number of years ago Energy Services (ESV) did a Reverse Split and have done ok...

The underlying concern we should all have is whether or not TCXXF can increase its earnings by striking oil or gas or acquiring producing properties... If the answer is yes, nothing else matters....

I think the answer is yes...
