Tradenride,John,
You convinced me enough to go do some research on LTUS. The food sounds good, the owners have about a 20% stake, and sales are moving. My only problems are I don't live near one of the restaurants, and I am about 1 month late in getting aboard. Anyway I am in, and maybe I can get the wife to post on such a wholesome thread. She likes veggies, soups and salads almost as much as I do.
