>>>We would all be well-advised to get to the bottom of it, although again why waste time speculating on options A-Z? Just agree this is a significant issue and question, which we all want to resolve asap?.<<<

I agree. But when non-holding vetarans urge folks to sell their shares and heap continual trash-readings, there has to be a line of defense.

Lair, as I see it, is presently CEO of ESVS and Zulu, and he will be until he's replaced either by an interim (as Meatchem should have been so-named) CEO or a new one. In Lair's absence, Rogers runs everything.

Rogers is president and CFO.

Lair is now on the ZuluMedia board.

Lair is relinquishing his CEO duties to become VP of marketing for NEC, but will retain membership on the ZuluMedia board.

I think that's how it goes. Guess what? More announcements will come and gradually the confusion will disappear.

The point is: Lair is still on board, in spite of Hayton even.
