COMPUTER HORIZONS EXPECTS RECORD REVENUES AND
EARNINGS FOR FIRST QUART

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J., April 6 (Reuters) - Computer Horizons Corp. said
Monday that its first quarter earnings should "meet or exceed analyst
expectations" and that the company is unaware for any reason for the drop in its
share price.

Computer Horizons shares fell 2-1/4 to 446-3/4 on more than 760,000 shares of
volume.

Also, the company's chairman, John Cassese, said in a statement that he expects
the company's business to remain strong for the remainder of the year.

Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $0.27 a share, according to
First Call.

In last year's first quarter, the company reported earnings of $4.08 million, or
$0.16 a share (accounting for the stock split the company set effective June
1997), on sales of $69.7

Earnings will be posted on 4/21 according to the Chairman. This sell-
off has given a rare opportunity to increase positions. Mr. Market
comes through again-he did not want to be confused by the facts
generated by management.
