You have to think like a market maker, who loves to be short. When there is light vol, that means light demand. Thus they will sell short on the offer and hope to cover lower as the bids drop. When the buyers return the market makers will scramble to cover on the bid. That should occur soon. Volume was very light today, much lighter than the previous three days. MTMS was in need of a rest and that is what it got.
