China has 1.3 billion people, if every one has only 1/100 IC (not to mention in a life time), then there are total of 13 million ICs in China?? No way! if you go to China, you will be surprised that how many pagers, cellular phones, computers shops, etc. are there. My friend's small trading company sell millions of IC card to China every year.
