From the press release:

<Also during the first quarter of fiscal 1998, Powerwave continued to purchase shares of its Common Stock pursuant to the Common Stock
repurchase plan authorized by its board of directors on Dec. 11, 1997. As of March 29, 1998, the company has purchased a total of 810,000
shares of its Common Stock.>

Wooh. It's a good sign when the company repurchase the shares at the lower price to boost ROE. Go Powerwave.

Bye.

Good reasoning. Also, many posts here and on YHOO seem to
think that the ENTIRE Asian business is going away. I don't think so.

I like this trend of diversifying, although it cuts into margins.
They better diversify, and fast, because the 10K says the korean
buildout will be done sometime next year.

I wonder what's special about korean cos. that makes them so
fond of pwav products.
