WavePhore sent out Haupauge WinTV cards for use in testing wavetop (I think because it is a basic/inexpensive card).
Maybe others on this thread are using this card, I haven't.

I'm running Win98 beta.... MS recommended "ATI All-in-Wonder" since MS is writing the Win98 drivers for it to jumpstart testing the TV functions in Win98... manufacturers of other cards are writing their own drivers which should be available by the time Win98 is released. This card also has a VGA monitor connector for a 2nd monitor (Win98 supports upto 9) and composite/S-video & audio in/out connectors.
