Chris;

They indicated their were ongoing talks with the preferred. They also indicated they have 10 Million plus cash in the bank, and their production is increasing. I have a gut feeling that the preferred will continue to convert but will hold their stock at some point to accumulate and agree to a strike price .20 or whatever thus giving their converted shares at the lower levels more value when a deal is struck. If you noticed the volume is starting to decrease and we are seeing less and less 1/64th trades. Even if you take .04 and times it by 300 Million as you stated you get 12,000,000 I feel strongly this stock will never reach that level of shares for I feel a deal will be struck. They are technically still a NASDAQ stock, if anything the worst case scenario is that they will be lowered to the Bulletin Board, I doubt they will end up as a pink sheet stock.
