Scott,

I'm not familiar with EPEX, but if it is an E&P company I would be cautious around trusting the estimated growth rate. Low oil prices may cut the growth rate considerably. Part of the attraction of drilling companies is that they can do better in a low priced oil environment because their business is predicated on the need to find new reserves to replace oil production more than the profitability of selling that production.
