Hi all, I had an opportunity to run by the courts today. Nothing new on the Jackson front in the way of court papers. BUT the good news was at the BK court. The final papers were filed on March 31 as it said on the computer. But there were no papers in the file for me to review. They said it takes 7 days to get into the file and today is April 8. Typical lawyers, can never keep to an agenda. I will be by there again next week so I will be able to update you then. I will be out of town on April 22 so I will not be able to give a blow-by-blow description. After all this time I was hoping to be there. Any other takers to represent me??? There is free popcorn in the back for the audience. G! BK will be behind us soon!! YEA!!!!!! Larry
