You know as well as I do that Burgess of EchoMedia and Rose of Universal have a very good working relationship that was formed, strengthened and predicated into partnerships through R&D/implementation phase career associations together. To insult this further is ridiculous. Insult? What? I'm not insulting anything. I do not deny that Burgess and Rose have a wonderful relationship going back to the founding of Echomedia. That was never my concern. My concern was did Rose get the 3 million in cash and stock he was promised for doing nothing? The press release said the company was "acquired", which means they were acquired. There is no other way you can read that. That is a flat out lie. Who are you protecting, Partytime?Regarding dining room mannerisms, when you post here you're feasting off of NETZ's common table. If you complain you're hungry, you say you weren't fed enough; and when you complain you're full, you say you were fed the wrong food. We're not complaining we were fed the wrong food because we're full, PartyTime. We're complaining we were fed the wrong food because we were fed the wrong food. I've made my points, and there is no disputing many of them. We were lied to. You were lied to. I was lied to. About a great deal of things, as a matter of fact. SIM Europe tells us(albeit before new management was hired) that Hayton signs the checks. Why is the Prodigy press release gone? Why is the Universal Commerce press release gone? Why is the ATIS press release gone? Ron Meatchum, why is he gone? Steve Lair? VP of Sales is a full time job, trust me. If it's worse for a big company like NEC than it is for a small one like nh.com, then it's a tedious job. How's that for being fed the wrong food? The stuff I based my investment on never existed. You said to me, "wait for facts". From whom? A quarter of the press releases issued by Netmaster Group last year have mysteriously disappeared, and if it weren't for my investor packet I got awhile back, and posts to this thread, I might never see those press releases again. I looked for them everywhere; maybe someone else has them. Wired, as harsh as they may be on Zulu-tek, has opened my eyes to the possibility that Zulu isn't what they say they are. Where do you propose to get the facts from? "Oh, but don't you think that Hayton can go on the straight and narrow?" Well, if the company's actions in the past don't speak for themselves, then I don't know what does. Michael, you can hold onto this one until it goes to $50 or 0. All I know is if we find out tomorrow that Lair took the job over at NEC and now only serves as an advisor to Zulu, investors will have to ask who is going to hire the next CEO. Don't call me Paul Revere, Partytime. Do some constructive criticisms of my arguments. Oh, and for the record,You got out, but want back in. What, did the financials come out today? How much time do we have left? Matty Gregg
