Alan,

When I called my broker they said CMYN is not trading on NASDAQ right now because of the imbalance between bid and ask. It's not delisted and could be trading regularly once a balance is reestablished, but until it does it's considered to be trading in the pink. It's hard to tell whether people are buying or selling most of the time, but your right the volume seems to be decreasing. I think all it will take is for some sort of agreement between preferred and management to set off a major buying spree. The one thing I don't want is a reverse split before any agreement takes place.
