Sergio, I cant tell I lie I never even ran the numbers ( I thought you guys did). Like I said in my early post I bought DHIEX in the Amigos honor for all the help they have given me,just a small position to get my feet wet lets say it just felt like the right thing to do.
If anyone would like me to run any option through the program I would be glad to what I would need is the option symbols for the options you you want to compare(i.e. DHIEX vs DHIED)(if there is three or more you want to look at thats OK I just need the symbols) I will also need what your price projection is for the security on a certain day in the future (i.e. 23 3/4 on 5/8/98)
I use the Black-Scholes option model there are others. I good book for someone interested in options is Options for the Stock Investor by James B. Bittman published by McGraw-Hill it comes with free software also using the Black-Scholes model. I did not use there software because I already had a program that came with my TA program so I do not know how easy or hard it is to load or work with. They did have a section in the book explaining how to use it and it seemed OK maybe not as fast and easy and maybe not as many features but the end result should be the same and its free.
Sorry to disappoint you Sergio on my (or should I say your) analysis on
the DHI options. I will post on some of my own option purchases in the future and why I chose that particular one to hopefully learn more from others or help someone else learn about options and how they work. I an very interest in Options trading and hope others take me up on my offer so we can learn and hopefully profit together.
Joe

Sergio:

I see that PURW does not have analyst coverage per yahoo. Given that is there an educated guess of what the earnings for this year are likely to be? Even better do the amigos have a 9-12mo target for PURW?

Thanks
Ramesh
