Article on Apple "chasing its 52-week high" on news.com: news.com Among the comments: "Many analysts haven't spent much time worrying about the fall-off." and "One possible reason for the retreat in Apple's shares is that analysts are waiting for the company's second fiscal quarter earnings announcement, said Wendy Abramowitz, an analyst with Argus Research." Interesting that it didn't say that analysts are expecting a negative earnings surprise, and attribute the recent fall-off to that. Interesting, too, that we were worried that analysts had already factored a positive EPS surprise into the stock. That certainly doesn't seem to be the case. We should get a very nice rise if the earnings are as good as we hope. rhet0ric
