Christine, and I have repeatedly said that the ultimate commandment for man that Christ (i.e. Christ ians) preached was "Love thy neighbor as thyself". I showed you scripture which describes exactly how Christ treated a "woman of the city", who it is implied from the Pharisee was a prostitute. Jesus said, "her sins, which are many, are forgiven. Woman, thy sins be forgiven thee". Yet I didn't see Christ saying "go out now and be proud of your status as a prostitute. Yet he showed love. Christine, "love" doesn't mean pushing people off a cliff, while at the same time telling them you love them. If your daughter became a prostitute, would you tell her, "Why that's fine honey! Be proud of whatever you want to do!" If you did tell her that, that would be the same as pushing her off a cliff, while telling her you loved her. You just don't get it, Christine. You continually insist that somehow Christians following a "belief system" which preaches love but at the same time encourages a particular personal moral code, somehow causes them to hurt others, or discriminate against groups of people, or violate the human or civil rights of others, etc. Your continual implications that Christians are taught to hate homosexuals are beginning to be extremely wearisome. When your belief system, Christine, causes you to hurt others, or discriminate against groups of people, or violate the human or civil rights of others, then at that point you are not entitled to inflict your belief system on the universe, and that is also what I have to say to you. Your uncharitable, stereotyping, blind intolerance of Christians has drove you to utterly reject your own so-called Liberally compassionate, "free thinking" ideology. What you have become is an extremely close-minded individual who won't look at anything except what your own prejudices dictate. Shame.
