Wow, Ira sure backed down. Going from breathing fire (last CC) and talk of taking all the board seats to getting "a majority" now. And 4:1 deal seems to be off. Will it be 5:1.... 6:1? Perhaps ATXI has the FAMH audit and doesn't like what it sees. I wonder who holds the club now. Over a million shares at .4625? Is that still holding up? Well, we know how they love to issue shares... The Adorable Little Engine P.S. If ATXI is really worth $3 million liquidated... how are they "nothing" without FAMH?? Nobody else would like to liquidate them? Maybe the pope will get a talk show once FAMH comes to Italy...
