I2: RE:<Bullish Investment Advisors Percentage Decreased> Today's Investor's Business Daily reports 24.2% of advisors are Bearish and 52.4% are Bullish. Thus, as a percentage of Bulls + Bears, 68.4% of advisors are Bullish, down from last week's 70%. This is good news since we don't want that 4-week moving average to exceed 70%. Although this is only one part of Brinker's 4-Part Timing Model, it can certainly warn of increasing over-exuberance in the market. P
