Hello Bruce,

Why am I not surprised that some of the CC shareholders are running
a short????? They have been impatient to get gone from the very
beginning. The funny thing might just be that the joke winds up
being on them if they were shorting against an illegal box(G).

DCTC has soooooo much going on that it is totally amazing. I have no
idea how Mr. Murphy keeps all his balls in the air with this juggling
act(GGGG). It will be interesting to see which and how quickly the
LOI's become reality. The thing I like about LOI's is that you have
time to do the proper dd that MUST be done. That is why some of them
will and some won't work out but on the ones that do, we know we have
a good deal from our side. The Edge deal looks really promising
and I can't wait to see what's next in line. They seem to be coming
at a rapid pace and it will be interesting to total all the LOI's
when the deals stop......

I think we need to look at the SMTK deal.....we have MONETIZED those
shares......that tells me it doesn't matter if they go to 0 from this
point. I was a bit dejected when their 144's started hitting the fan
from every direction because I knew it meant something ugly like a
report stating they wouldn't be making estimates had to be coming.
It was nice to know it didn't slap us in the face as well. The legal
dealings with getting your hands on those shares is mind boggling to
me. What could be so tough about signing them off and mailing them
over?(GGGGG) I'm glad it no longer matters when we get them from a
sale price standpoint.

It appears that our float is now 9 million as compared to 7.5 million
last Dec 31 which is an increase of 1.5mil. That seemingly has come
from the CC group and explains much in terms of share price and
pressure. This will all end eventually even if it seems eternal. Do
you know what my students say? If they had only one hour to live they
would want to spend it in my class because an hour in there seems like
an eternity!(GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG)

Take care......

Lou

Bruce, I am glad that you brought this to the BB to ease any concerns that some might have had about the fall of SMTK. Having the PUTS in place "just in case" is another example of how DCI keeps it's bases covered. You don't post that often but when you do you always bring accurate info that we all need to hear.

Thanks,

James

Bruce,

"On another front it has been confirmed that a CardCall shareholder,
with shares under agreed lockup, has been shorting DCI illegally against those shares. I cannot say what action will taken, but DCI knows and will be addressing the problem tomorrow."

Maybe if Grupo were here his next tune to guess would be:
"Hey Joe, where you goin' with that gun in your hand..."

Bob

Bruce:

Have you had any update on the report you made yesterday regarding the illegal shorting? Thanks.

Do you mind elaborating on this? Confirmed how? or by who? How can we trust that this is really the case? Where do you get your facts from?

Hello Bruce,
Nice to speak to you, and thank you for all the positive news concerning DCTC. It is certainly good news to hear, that DCTC has covered their 8 mil in SMTK shares with PUTS, our company needs that capital to grow.
Also knowing that our management is going to address the problem of the shorting that is going on is even better news. Sure is amazing that this type of thing is being done with options on shares that have not even come due yet. Oh well, just a small but nerve racking little block that we will eventually climb over. Thanks again for the help.
