Ron,
Calling in your certs. does nothing to a Canadian short. They don't care. They are not trading legally in the first place so to them it's a nothing.

Ron, I think that someone has already taken care of asking that question but I will be sure. (G) On asking for your certificate, if your holding till the end anyway, sure why not? I also have heard, that if your shares are not kept in a margin account that they also cannot be borrowed either can anyone verify this?
