Jim, Sorry for the late reply. For some reason, I couldn't get a posting to you last week. Computers... Like you, I've only heard about the developments from Sharp, and have no specifics. However, I am keeping my ear to the ground. It would seem to me that laser annealing would be an expensive (time consuming) proposition, especially if a VGA panel (640 by 480 tansistors) had to be processed!! Maybe they will make an announcement during the Society for Information Display conference in May. Ben
