I received the following via Private message today. Just wanted to pass it on. Looks like AKrma just signed on today.. To: JAKE From: karma Wednesday, Apr 8 1998 8:20PM ET Update on the Ed Taxin Show. As you may or may not know Ed is a FAMH stockholder. He announced the news of the press release today, which is nothing new. Then he went on to say he spoke with Ira Monas yesterday at his office. Says Ira confirmed that ATXI deal was done and would release that information at CC tomorrow. Also said there would not be a 4 to 1 split of shares. Can you confirm any of this? I heard all of this and was expecting quite a buzz on the thread today. I must say some of the people on this thread are weak of faith. JMO Thought you might find this news interesting.
